They answered my questions, were always available, walked me through all possibilities during my legal issues. They helped me understand everything. This company seriously, seriously needs to investigate and most definitely sue JG Wentworth. They claimed we cancelled our debt payment, but we were calling them to try and get them to take out a payment. They claimed the only way to cancel was if we requested, but we most definitely did not. This was supposed to be our solution to high interest. We even signed a contract stating they would take money out a month or two ago and nothing happened. They barely ever answer the phone, all of their recent reviews from at least the past year on BBB website show similar experiences, and we feel trapped. Debt relief was supposed to help us, and now my wife has at least one active summons because nothing is getting done. I am so incredibly frustrated, because this will only hurt us and our future endeavors.
