I had an amazing experience with Erin Oaks! From the first call to the visit, everything was beyond my expectations. After visiting 3 different dentists (who all recommended general anesthesia for my 4 yo child in order to treat his cavities), I decided to give Erin Oaks a visit as the receptionist spent time assuring me that there are other options available. My child was not being cooperative with the X-Ray, as usual, so Dr. Ong patiently explained to me what the process would look like and told me of different financing options (beyond insurance) which are available. I brought the quote that I received from another clinic and she walked me through each item, explaining to me what are treatments and which were “elective” (40% of the items were elective). I appreciated her honesty and consideration and it was quite appalling to see that this other clinic was clearly going to take advantage of a CHILD while they were under anesthesia. Erin Oaks did not pressure us whatsoever and on the contrary, provided so much information for us to be able to make a sound decision for our child. I will be referring everyone to this warm, friendly and ethical clinic from now on!!!

Stellar experience from start to finish. Jelena the hygienist was such a blast and my daughter was immediately at ease with her. Such playfulness and kindness! Dr Park is also a hoot and my daughter adored him. I was able to ask questions and get clear and helpful answers about my daughter’s dentistry, excellent advice and tips for success. It was actually hard to leave…the staff is amazing and the experience from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave is simply top-notch. If a four-year old refuses to leave the dentists office, you know it’s a keeper. She keeps asking to go back. 🤣

I had a very upsetting experience here with my 4-year-old daughter. Back in July, after her x-rays and consultation, we were told she needed only 1 crown and a few fillings. On the day of surgery, after my daughter was already asleep under anesthesia, Dr. Park informed me that he had taken new x-rays without my consent and suddenly claimed she needed 5–6 crowns, possibly root canals. This was a shocking change from the original treatment plan. As a parent, I felt completely cornered and pressured into agreeing while my child was unconscious and I had no chance to get a second opinion. When I voiced my concerns, Dr. Park even said he could stop the procedure and wake her up, which would have meant she was put under anesthesia for nothing. In the end, he placed 3 crowns and did fillings, but the entire experience left me shaken. The lack of transparency, consent, and communication was unacceptable. Parents should be able to trust their child’s dentist and have a clear plan before anesthesia, not be pressured with surprise changes during the procedure. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.

Best dental experience ever. My little guy had a bad fall while playing outside and knocked a tooth almost completely out. They took us in with such short notice and the whole appointment went so smooth. The staff were incredible and absolutely amazing with him. He never sits still for dental visits but they were able to get him to do everything that needed to be done with no trouble. They were very professional and kept him engaged the entire visit. Absolute best experience in a dental office we have ever had! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with small children!
