I had three appointments with this place. The first time that I went, the guy was late and made me wait 45 minutes..the second appointment, I was called an hour before to tell me that they had to cancel because the guy Dave lived in Maitland and was wasn't able to make it..My third and last appointment, he was late again and I never went back.. Now today, my boyfriend went for his appointment and waited 35 mins for that guy Dave to show up and after 35 minutes, was told that he would be there in twenty minutes..I walked out..Will not go back and fo not recommend this place at all..

Whoever books appointments should really put the appointment in the system. I showed up today after leaving early from work in Kingston only to find out that not only did I not have an appointment but I wasn't even in their system. So I went down the street to the other physio place and they were extremely accommodating. Wouldn't recommend this place and I never even got to see a physiotherapist. If the front office is this bad I'd hate to see what the therapists are like.

Had my first appointment last week after being seen at the concussion clinic in Ottawa. I talked to a physiotherapist and after doing a few tests, he recommended that I try EEG neurofeedback and a different type of physio for my spine/neck as I was not exhibiting any signs of the original diagnosis from the clinic. I definitely concurred with his opinion and recommendations. I will be going back there for the other physio as I found him honest, upfront, polite and friendly. It didn't take too long for the appointment, especially considering I'm applying for OHIP coverage. Receptionist was nice the few times we chatted on the phone (even with my crappy connection) and also in person. Look forward to starting on hopefully what will finally be the right track to pain relief!

Great place and the people working there are so nice. They know what they are doing. I had a good time when I was there today, I'm looking forward to my next appointment.
