Absolutely brilliant service. Fitted are car in 4 days after phoning, main dealer quoted September and its march now!!! and repaired ready for our holiday the next day. And a much more reasonable final invoice. Thank you so much and will recommend you.
My car broke down just outside of Westbury while driving home for Christmas and Mark (the lovely gentleman that fixed my car) offered to bring it in the garage to have a look. I don’t even have a Land Rover but he took the time to fix it for me. Amazing customer service! Would recommend here to anyone!
Booked early September for an investigation for an engine issue. Left with Broad Lane for 6 weeks before they would work on car in mid-October. Went to pick up car and although work complete had not notified me or front desk of fault with drivers window which wouldn’t go up. Obviously couldn’t drive with window down all the time and identified faulty switch. Quote for replacement but booking further 3 weeks away mid November. Mid-November called twice during working day before to see if I could wait while window switch replaced. Left message to call back which they did after they had closed to let me know only booked in for investigation not to replace part which I had been a further 3 weeks waiting for. I couldn’t call back as they had closed. Further, I had been overcharged picking up the car £1000+ which was refunded but shouldn’t have happened in the first place. As the drivers windows was lowered in error shortly after pickup have not been able to use the car, again. Simply, car booked in early September and now mid November unable to use car during this time. No replies to email, overcharged, long delays. Can’t comment on quality of work as been unable to use car other than driving to and from Broad Lane which is a 45 min journey on a good run each way. Can’t say would be back in a rush to revisit. EDIT. Following review I was contacted and a plan was put in place to address the issues raised. Appreciated being contacted and the following actions. Was a 2 star review increased to 3. Will not avoid and happy to use again to see what happens.
Exceptional customer service and such a great team. Thank you especially, to Mark who managed to fix a challenging fault on my Landrover at very short notice. I’ve been coming to Broad Lane since I was recommended it a few years ago and have always been so impressed by the highly professional and friendly service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Outstanding on all accounts from reception to the mechanics and managers - thank you all.
