I haven't been let down on the final product, or left the chair feeling like the integrity of my hair was compromised. Nicole was awesome! There was a student with her during the appointment which was awesome because I feel I learned so much more about the entire process as she explained the foil pattern and toner and cut… such a wonderful space, staff and feel. My colour turned out better than I could have imagined! Such a wonderful job and just in time for my birthday celebration! Thank you for everything… and that head massage! Bonus points on that one!

My experience at brilliante was like no other! Sitting in Maddie's chair was incomparable to all other experiences I've had before. She not only did an amazing job on my hair but payed such such close attention to detail making sure I got exactly what I wanted and she's made it an extremely comfortable experience by being so funny and great girl all around.
