Anyclean have been cleaning my windows and carpets for more than 15 years. They have always provided an excellent service - extremely friendly and utterly professional. Today, Alex cleaned my windows. They are absolutely sparkling. Truly, I have never seen such immaculate work. He really took his time, and the results are outstanding. I could not recommend the company and Alex more highly! Just brilliant!

We'd been trying to get a thorough full clean of our house done for a few months and were getting a lot of quotes and messages and it all seemed very overwhelming. And then we found Anyclean and the entire process was very quick and very easy to arrange. After an initial online enquiry, and a few emails to confirm details, I had a phone call with Petya in customer service and everything was straight forward and easy to arrange. We had made a mistake in our initial enquiry in terms of what type of clean we were looking for and the switch was absolutely no problem at all. I received a questionnaire to complete and the job was booked in for the following week, easy peasy. The pair of cleaners (whose name I didn't get, I'm so sorry about that!) turned up on time and were very professional. We did a walk through of the house, to point out the various rooms to be cleaned and the rooms not to be cleaned, and discuss any areas that needed special attention etc. There was no issues and I absolutely felt like they were hearing and making note of everything I was saying. Someone else mentioned attention to detail and going above and beyond in their review, and I absolutely agree. We mostly tried to stay out of their way so they could do their work, but had to pop into the kitchen while they were cleaning in there, as the circuit had tripped (old house, old wiring. absolutely not their fault!) and after we showed them how they could access the circuits (which has to be done from outside the house) - in case it happened again - we felt completely comfortable leaving them with our keys. Later on we decided to go out for lunch, so popped in to let them know we would be gone for an hour or two, which was also no problem. And both times I found them on step ladders cleaning fine detail aspects of the house I hadn't even thought to mention or think about, and had in no way expected them to be cleaning. It was very clear that the team really took pride in their work and wanted to do a thorough job. Our house looked amazing when they finished and we couldn't be more grateful for how easy the whole process was, and how outstanding the quality of the work was. Thank you.
