Orvil StokesFeb. 2005 our furnace quit working. Called Brigham Heating. Their tech Greg was at our home 20 min later and diagnosed the problem. He drew diagrams and showed video to explain the nature and severity of the problem and informed us that our furnace was unsafe to operate. He went over furnace options and we selected a new model. He was very informative and we felt comfortable making a decision. Next morning Andy and the installation crew came to install the new furnace. They were very professional and efficient. They put down protective floor coverings and began the install. Several hrs. Later the heat was back on. Andy went over thermostat and furnace operation. Very pleased with every aspect of their service. Prompt service, great communication awesome crew. Would definitely recommend them.
