This will sound dramatic, but I've never been more serious: stop looking for a dentist. Just go here. I have visited at least 10 different dentists throughout my life, all with 5-star reviews and recommendations from other people. Yet there was always something wrong. Unnecessary work would be performed to rack up my bill, or the doctor argued with their assistants...at best it was just a cold environment that tried to rush me out for the next patient. Over the years I developed a strong anxiety with fixing my teeth, suffering through pain so I didn't have to go to the dentist. Dr. Erin and the whole team changed everything for me. My first visit was only to get a consultation, and I was amazed at how nice everyone was, from reception on the phone all the way through. Nobody rushed me! They had friendly conversations with each other! They empathized with my pain! The second time I visited was for a root canal. I was visibly anxious throughout, and boy did they take care of me. It was expected to go for 2.5 hours but ended up being closer to 4 due to complications. Dr. Erin actually pushed back some of their less critical appointments, and it ran into their lunch break. It definitely added some inconvenience to their day, which any other dentist I've had would have rushed me out for, but they made that sacrifice for me. It just made me feel so much safer than I've ever felt doing this kind of procedure. When I was leaving, the dental assistant from my first consultation recognized me and waved! I've been a few times since and I'm consistently amazed at how nice everyone is. Every assistant. Dr. Egon. The receptionists. They've really figured something out over there. Maybe it sounds silly to be amazed by common decency. You would hope every dentist was this way. But after my entire life feeling like a number, this team actually CARED. They made space for me to be vulnerable and ensured I felt safe. I never have to worry about going to the dentist again. Hopefully this review is able to help someone else experience that too.

I have been coming here for 30+ years! My children (and I as a child) have never been afraid to go to the dentist and actually look forward to going. I strongly believe that's due to the wonderful and caring staff at KW dentistry!

Absolutely amazing people here. Went in like a scared hurt dog....came out with amazing friends and a fresh, happy smile. Dr Erin is so personable and friendly, you don't believe she's a dentist. The ladies at the front desk will have you smiling before you even get through the door. And who could forget the "un-confirmed" favourite assistant of the office...Lindsey. Best spit sucker/stitches remover a man could hope for!!! Don't delay a minute and get into see these folks!!!
