We searched online and although we saw quite a few appear, there was something about this law firm that grabbed us and caused us to look closer for consideration. As soon as we met Attorney Hykes we knew we made the right choice. Attorney Hykes and her team were extremely pleasant, highly responsive, professional, and provided regular updates. Attorney Hykes continued to fight for us until she was able to get the best offer for us. You would think that working with an attorney would be nerve-wracking and stressful but instead it felt like we were working with someone that was in our social circle that happened to be an attorney. If you're looking for the right law firm, look no further. This one is the right fit for you.

They contacted me a full year after I initially requested help, only to rush me off the phone by saying she would send a questionnaire. It felt like a dismissive tactic rather than genuine interest in the case. If they didn’t want to take it on, that should have been communicated honestly from the start. They then attempted to claim they had left me a voicemail the day prior, which was simply not true. The interaction felt condescending, as though they assumed I was naïve or easily misled. As a minority, that treatment was especially troubling. The attorney came across as unnecessarily cocky from the beginning. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this firm. I ultimately resolved my matter with another attorney and received a substantial settlement.
