I went there to see a newborn and found their environment is really cool. Separate room color for separate floors. They don't allow outside food for patient. They have a cafeteria which serves delicious snacks.And I found their staffs are also quick to clean everything.

There Are Many Things To Like In This Place Like The #Doctors, Treatment And Facilities etc As They Charge Handsome Amount For Their Servicea.............. They Have A Rule Not To Bring Outside Side Food Which Makes The Life Of The Attendance A Bit Difficult As The Elevator Stays Crowded Always And Going To #Cafeteria For Every Meal Is Not A Pleasant Experience While Attending An Ailing Patient............. Thankfully They Are Not #Strict About It So One Get By Hiding Food Under Other Things........... They Have A #Microwave And A Filter In The Floor For Common Use And Fridge In Cabin To Store Things..............Another Weird Thing Is They Don't Allow Outside Bag So We Had To Keep That In The Basement And Everytime We Need Something We Had To Go Through The #Hassle............. They Provide Daily Newspaper And 1 Litre #Water Bottle Everyday.............. I Like The Baby Cot They Provide For The #Newborn............. The Food They Provide For The Patients Are Very #Healthy And Of Good Quality.............. Doctors Are Very #Accommodating And Often Listen To The Patients Requests........... But The Service From The Nurse, Patient Care Assistant (PCA) and Housekeeping Is Really Terrible And #Unprofessional............ It Is Full Of #Bureaucracy, There Is No Working System............ If One Asks For A Support They Send Out The Request To The #Station But No One Notes Down The Request Whether It Was Fulfilled Or Not........... No One Ever Follow-up So Patient Attendance Had To #Request Again............ Often Patient People Arrange Everything Like Doctor Visit, Patient Check-up Etc. But The Nurses #Deny Assistance Saying They Did Not Received Any Such Request From The Respective Department............ Finally When The Doctor Actually Come Then Start Rushing And #Stop Other Work While They Could Have Been Prepared For It In Their Free Time............. Another Bad Thing Is Shift Change System Where They Take Unnecessary Additional Time For Taking Handover With Very Little #Coordination........... During Handover Time It Is Almost Next To Impossible To Get Any Service As Noone Is Willing To Take The Responsibility As It Will Delay The Handover Process And New People Avoid #Responsibility By Saying Duty Is Not Entirely Handed Over To Them Yet................ Finally It Is A Very Nwat And Clean Place Although They Do Not Provide Any Rug Outside Of The Cabin's Washroom Which Leaves The Floor A Bit #Wet After Wudu, Bath And Other Activities................. Overall A Very Good Hospital With A Flawed System Which Resulted Into A Halfhearted Semi-standard Service From The Staff............

Recently, I visited Dr. Farhana Qayum (Dermatologist) and had a great experience. She was very cooperative and friendly. The hospital itself was less crowded in the afternoon compared to others, making the environment quite comfortable. Overall, I loved the experience!

Dr. MD Rashedul Islam. Head Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon at Bridem General Hospital. He did soft cleft plate surgery of my baby. Already 30+ doctor refused me. Cause my baby lungs partially collapsed, under weight, feeding by Ng tube, Recurrent pneumonia etc. No doctor agreed to take risk. Alhamdulillah he take risk and become successful. We are suffering from eight months and loitering from hospital to hospital like BMU, NIBPS, United, IBNA sina, Mr Khan shisu Hospital, Dhaka shisu Hospital. Finally he get rid of me and my family. I will remember and pray for this doctor until rest of my life. He is the best doctor I,ve ever seen. May you long live and your family. We are really grateful to this Dr.
