⭐ I had a very disappointing experience with Angali at the front desk. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no respect or care for customers. Her attitude made the whole experience unpleasant. Customer service should be welcoming and helpful, but unfortunately that was not the case here.

Great experience! It is my first time visiting and everyone is very friendly and informative. The front desk is really nice to booked my husband and I the next day. My hygienist, Taylor is very sweet and really good. She cleans my teeth like I don’t feel any pain. I recommend this place and Taylor.

Exceptional Dental Care! I had a wonderful experience at Alpine Dental Brantford. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The dentist and the hygienist was thorough, gentle, and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care.

If you are looking for a new dentist in Brantford, I strongly recommend avoiding Mohammed Al-Sabagh at Alpine Dental. I was scheduled to have three wisdom teeth removed in November. When I arrived, I was told the procedure would take about 45 minutes. However, once I met with Dr. Al-Sabagh, he informed me that he would only be removing one tooth due to complications—which I understood. What I did not expect was that the extraction would last nearly two hours, with constant tugging and pulling while I was fully conscious. The freezing wore off twice during the procedure, and despite having a panic attack and asking him to stop multiple times, he continued, repeating “almost done.” This experience left me with severe dental anxiety. The recovery process was equally troubling. In the first few days, I experienced intense pain and was later told I had developed a dry socket. I returned to Alpine Dental three times, each time receiving only temporary relief with dry socket medication. After more than a month of ongoing pain, I sought a second opinion. It was then discovered that a piece of a dental instrument had been left in the extraction site. I required an additional surgery to remove it. While I understand that complications can happen, what has been most disappointing is the lack of accountability. There has been no apology, no expression of concern, and no reimbursement for the additional costs I incurred due to this error.
