This hospital has seriously gone downhill since the pandemic. The wait time in emergency is ridiculous and the staff couldn’t care less about you. I used to love this hospital, but now I avoided it all cost, which sucks because I live in Hanover. You guys really need to do better!

There's absolutely no reason patients coming into emergency with 10/10 abdominal pain need to know it's shift change. You're sitting in the waiting room listening to everyone chat. No other patients here.......

The professional service that I have received has been exemplary,courteous, friendly and always considerate. From the moment I arrived I was treated with respect and kindness. The most recent was the Flex unit on May 14th 2025.

Had an Ultrasound and two (2) different x-rays on July 23 2024. The receptionist was friendly and professional. The technicians were also friendly, professional, patient, courteous and empathetic. THANK YOU for the positive experience .... Jerry Back to x-ray December 27 2024 for a different problem after the snow storm a few weeks ago. A different technician BUT the same courteous, professional and patient understanding. Thank you Kathleen for your kind and thoughtful assistance. May 15 2025 ,here I am again. I went to emergency after I had surgery at another hospital because I was concerned about post op symptoms. The next day I was able to get additional help from the Flex Unit and the experience was POSITIVE again. Professional, courteous, friendly and my questions were answered in a clear and concise way. The doctor on call May 13th was patient with me and helpful. The nurses in the Flex Unit on May 14th were thoughtful, asked questions and demonstrated compassion and a concern for my comfort. The receptionist was helpful and considerate in getting me to the 2nd floor. Summary: everyone, from the moment I arrived, treated me with respect and compassion. THANK YOU !!!
