Amazing job fixing my unique and very tough teeth situation. The results were everything I could hope for. The staff were consistently kind and professional, and in that most important regard this place is absolutely 5 stars. A couple of details did make my experience less smooth. Before starting, I was told very confidently that treatment would take about 26 weeks of full-time wear. At the end, I was told I could reduce to 8 hours/day for 3 months, but when I came back it turned out 8 hours hadn’t been enough. I was then asked to return to full-time wear for something like another 3 months. I would have been fine if this had been presented as a possible scenario upfront, but not only was it a surprise extension it was minimized in its delivery. Also, $350 for a replacement set of plastic retainers is steep after the big investment to do treatment. Accidents can happen over the course of years to anyone. At that price point - especially with my molds already on file - I felt taken advantage of. Overall I deeply value the care and results I received. Just wish there had been more upfront clarity and more accessible retainer replacement options.

Dr Turchetta was a life saver for my youngest daughter. She was missing a front tooth. He gave her a palate expander to make room for her adult teeth to come down. We avoided surgery because of his amazing job. He then put her in braces and she has an amazing smile. He also did work on my other daughter and gave her an amazing smile as well. Staff is always friendly. I would recommend him to everyone ❤️

At first I felt this was a great practice. However, over time (maybe six months), I was highly disappointed in professionalism as well as how uncomfortable the doctor made me feel. Unfortunate you can't find decent practices anymore.
