Customer experiences
I recently tried ramen for the very first time at this place, and it was definitely an interesting experience. They serve vegan ramen, which already sets it apart from the more traditional versions I’ve heard about. The presentation was appealing, and the portion size was decent for a single meal. The broth was creamy and filled with vegetables along with the noodles, making it feel hearty and comforting. However, I found it a bit unusual that it included tomato, which gave the flavor a different twist than what I was expecting. While the dish was fresh and the ingredients seemed good quality, I felt it was missing a key element: spice. The broth itself was mild and a little too plain for my liking. A drizzle of chili oil or some other spicy kick could have elevated the overall taste and made it more satisfying. As it was, the ramen felt okay and definitely edible, but not something I would call memorable. Overall, I appreciate that they offer a vegan option for ramen, and it’s worth a try if you prefer mild flavors. For me personally, though, it didn’t fully hit the spot.
Very open place :) I got the spice ramen level 3, I eat alot of spicy food, and how I would describe the spice level for this dish is a smoldering powdery heat, like your sitting inside a hot sauna. I kind of expected a lot more meat rather than 2 thinly sliced pieces of meat that was kinda frozen, (had a bit of frozen texture to it) regardless I did enjoy it. I wish I got a lot more from the price point. The broth, it was thick and rich, had a nice ancient feel to it, and how I would picture my experience with the dish and how it felt, would be like eating in a rural part of Japan with a nice mist and slightly rainy atmosphere, maybe that's where the recipe came from 🤣 I recommend this to the mild heat lovers that is looking for something comforting and homey :)
Good food with exceptional service. The waiter made a small mistake in taking our order, not only did they refund the item and gave it to us for free, they also gave another cup of milk tea for free. I truly appreciate it.
We stopped here for a quick lunch while visiting Bozeman and highly recommend. The service was excellent. The food was amazing. The portion was great. We be loved this place. We try noodles pretty much everywhere we go and this was outstanding. I tried the spicy ramen. My son tried the chicken ramen, and my husband the pork. We were impressed by all. Do yourself a favor and try some.
