I’ve been driving past the Bowman for many years, and I finally decided to stop in, and I’m so glad I did. It’s a very cozy, inviting place where you naturally want to settle in, chat, run into old friends, and enjoy a relaxed Friday evening. The staff is exceptionally friendly, experienced, and professional. The gentleman who served us was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We ordered an amber ale, which was just perfect, full-bodied without being overwhelming, with a rich color and smooth finish. I was lucky to choose the Bowman burger with poutine on the side. The toasted bun, juicy patty, and perfectly balanced condiments made it a truly memorable experience. The poutine was an excellent choice as well: savory gravy, crispy fries, and melted curds coming together for the perfect bite. Overall, a wonderful visit, and I’ll definitely be back.

Stopped in for lunch. Had the daily special, fried cheese balls with cranberry pepper sauce. Yummy. Good heat to it. Dan served in a most warm and welcoming way. Lovely casual atmosphere. Definitely plan to return!

Wonderful little neighborhood spot with great ambiance and service. We loved the Bowman burger and pork belly sandwich, and the fries were delicious!! Looking forward to visiting again soon to try out more of the menu.

I really enjoyed my visit. The selection of local beers was excellent. The staff was very helpful, especially since it was my first time there. Mike and his colleague were particularly accommodating, allowing me to sample different beers to help me find something I liked. I look forward to returning.
