We visited Stratford for the day and while looking for a place to have lunch we came across this place that looked pretty inviting, so we decided to try it out. As we needed a quick bite, we ordered two Caesar wraps - one Falafal and the other Chicken. As the peak lunch hour was over the place wasn't crowded, and the order did not take much time to prepare. We had gone in without checking any reviews so we did not know what kind of food quality to expect. However, we were not disappointed and in fact the wraps were pretty good and wholesome. For drinking water they have a self service water fountain where you have the choice of cold water, room temperature water, or sparkling water. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal. As far as the ambience is concerned, it is contemporary and pleasant. Their staff too deserves a special mention, because the service is prompt and friendly. Would definitely recommend the place.

Choose your base and the vegetable combos from the menu; add your protein of choice and the bowl will be delivered! Fresh and delicious. Two of the actresses from the performances I went to were sitting next to me chatting ☺️there’s an outdoor space for sitting as well.

Air conditioning cooled room. Waited a while before staff ask if we are ready for order. Seems like she was busy preparing other orders. Food was good and flavorful. There are plenty of choices for food and their pizza looks amazing. Washroom was clean but had a bit of smell maybe better to have a timer scent released.

This is truly a 5 star restaurant, and I wish there were more locations because it is so underrated! The food is incredible. Even though it is not completely vegetarian/vegan, there are so many of such options. We ordered the Three Sisters bowl with marinated tofu and mixed greens. This was so tasty. There was an amazing blend of different flavors and textures. I loved the way they made the sweet potato, and honestly everything. When I tell you this marinated tofu was the best type of tofu that I have ever had, I am not lying! It was the best part of the dish!! We also ordered a Mumbai Bowl with a base of quinoa and brown rice. I love that, unlike most salads/bowls, there were more veggies and toppings than the base. Also a mix of various tastes and textures! The dressings were also delicious. In addition, the quantities and portion sizes are so sufficient! The staff are pretty nice and efficient. There were many customers, but our food arrived fairly quickly. The restaurant is so pretty and very clean. I wanted to mention that the bathroom is also really spacious! Prices are a little high but the quality of the food is completely worth it. I wish there were more locations of Bowl Bar because I loved it. I cannot wait to come again to try new ítems, and I definitely recommend it!
