June WoodwardNew member of staff very unprofessional very rude not helpful in anyway. My sister has got cold and needs rescue pack ordered it on the phone was informed could not do it that way so asked for a gp appointment and she took script over phone. I said thank u she never said anything but I could hear her slagging me of to other staff. She is ruining the surgery for other receptionists she needs to have lessons on manners and smiling.

No difficulty getting an appointment with the practice nurse Angela - who I have to say was absolutely BRILLIANT, very patient, very understanding and very helpful. Could not have asked for a better experience. Very friendly and helpful from the moment you cross the threshold. Never had a problem with the Bowry.

P SonThis was a good doctors until about six months ago Now you can’t get a appointment Can’t get through on the phone To many per books being done New receptionist not very nice Prescriptions going missing or not their when you have ordered them And there is simply not enough doctors to see and one doctor is very short with you. Only good thing about this doctors now is Ann the nurse .
