Mark was so helpful when we had a leak from the shower room into the room below. We made an immediate appointment for him to view the problem and he was punctual. He made a very thorough investigation and detailed report for our insurers. Throughout his visit he was very polite and considerate. I had to speak to him several times on the phone to clarify a few things but he was more than happy to help. Unfortunately, Mark wasn't available to do the work because he's committed to a long term contract. I would wholeheartedly recommend town & County Plumbing. They have excellent customer service skills - which is severely lacking nowadays. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
