I had a gift card from a couple of years ago and happened to be near the shop so stopped in. The service was friendly, helpful, with no pressure. A cozy warm vibe with so much to offer. Medium to higher end clothing lines, some made in Canada. Handbags, accessories, home decor. All very interesting and well currated. I used the card and spent more😆. Will be back again.

Icy Glam

Very cute shop and you have to give the owner credit for being so hardworking and passionate. But I went in here looking for some nice cashmere this winter and was saddened that most of the store was acrylic and polyester which I can get at any chain store in the mall. Would love more natural fibres please!

The owner was so rude and refused to take the stuff back as i was being told to take the store credit to shop .I had the receipt and the tags on and went the next day . She was arrogant and stubborn.plz never go and shop there .

I absolutely love going to both locations of Shop Harrow. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I never leave without some kind of treasure be it a piece of clothing, shoes, self care products or sweet treats!
