I hired the services to install a dishwasher in my appartement, they drew a hole in the hose of my brand new machine! I had literally bought it the day before. But that's not the worse because accidents happen right? and their employee was really kind. The problem was what happened after with their customer services as they didn't take care of anything about the reparation. I had to take care of everything myself to get the piece replaced, I stayed one month without being able to use it and after I finally got the piece replaced I was the one who had to contact the company to pay what is my right and they haven't done it so far. I'lI even have to pay them more than 153 CAD for this great service.

They will ignore the pictures you send to them before they come to your house to only tell you that they can’t fix your problem because they won’t search for the replacement piece. Then, they will charge you 160 dollars for not fixing anything or helping you at all. Terrible service. Will never call them again.
