To date, Mr. Botello has been responsive, effective, and passionate about what he does. He is more than generous with work and time. On the repair front, he is quick to jump on an issue and diagnose it immediately. On the resolution side and if an issue is visible, he wastes no time is getting to a remedy. He brings a lot of years of experience on the technical front, and his passion for his craft helps him work hard to bring value to his customers. My primary feedback is that for recurring issues, it may save him some time to cost-effectively incorporate inspection camera's etc to gauge if there's an issue down in another area that is not visible to the eye. For Mr. Botello's area of expertise, I would recommend him and his Company.

Called Botello Plumbing and talked to the owner David. He could not have been nicer and had Brett come out the next morning. Brett wasn't even a minute late. He assessed the situation and gave us our options and prices. Their estimates are FREE which is hard to find. We were very impressed and hired them. They were able to schedule us immediately after the gas company came out and marked the gas lines. Excellent service, excellent repair and excellent prices. Highly recommend this company. They are now our go to plumbing company. They are veteran and family owned so please give them a try! You won't regret it!

I've had them out to my property 3x to help me with a hot water heater issue and every time received phenomenal service. They were instrumental in getting my water heater replaced under warranty and then installed it very quickly. Highly recommend.
