I recently used this service with a particularly odd request that was not something they normally do. Long story short is that I left my driver's license in Boston and needed it for a job in West Point. The immediate response was that this was not something that they did, but absolutely willing to help. They picked up my driver's license from the police station and UPS''d it overnight to me to allow to continue my job. Absolutely professional service and would recommend to anyone.
