I recently had the pleasure of taking my A35 to Auto Serve for a B1 service after receiving some outrageous quotes from other garages. From the moment I arrived, the team was incredibly friendly and approachable. Unlike my experience with Mercedes, they didn't try to oversell me on unnecessary services, which I truly appreciated. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to find it gleaming both inside and out! It’s clear that they take pride in their work and care about their customers' satisfaction. Not sure why this garage has a high rating, I walked out within seconds. Told the guy what the issue was, before they've done the work, £130 diagnostic fee. But what are you diagnosing exactly? I showed you what the problem is, snapped bonnet cable. You want to charge me £130 to tell me something I have already told you. This is a common fault on a TT. I know, I'm on my 4th. Not once in more than 20 years have I been charged a diagnostic fee for work undertaken at the same garage that is doing the diagnosing, let alone when there is no diagnosing to do. You only pay a diagnostic fee if they diagnose the problem and you dont get the work done at that garage. He must think I am an absolute mug as I am not a man. Women beware, I believe this garage will take advantage of you. Midnight masterfix will probably charge me less than £130 in total, not just to diagnose, I don't know why I tried elsewhere

Had a full service on my W220 S-class recently and was very happy with the work, pleasantly surprised the car was washed too! Friendly staff, will be using them again.
