I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at [Boots - Multi Brand Shoe Store]. Here are the key issues: - The running shoes I purchased were 4 YEARS OLD, which is unacceptable for a product that requires quality and performance. - The price I paid was considering the product's age and quality is not the best price for the product - Despite the shop's guarantee, the shoes got damaged after just one use. - The staff's behavior was completely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive when I returned to the store with my concerns. As a customer, I expect transparency about the products I'm buying, fair pricing, and respectful service. [Boots - Multi Brand Shoe Store] failed to meet these basic expectations. I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and takes immediate action to: - Clear out old inventory and ensure products are fresh and of good quality. - Review pricing to ensure fairness and competitiveness. - Provide training to staff on basic customer service skills and conflict resolution. Until then, I would strongly advise others to avoid shopping at [Boots - Multi Brand Shoe Store].

Cool collection of various branded footwear. They've gone under renovation recently, so their collection has increased, the staff are very helpful and let you try the shoes and help you decide patiently. The owner is very kind. He treats you as one of his own :D Enough parking space in front of the showroom. @saadbinsalam
