There was a nice young man giving out samples. So I tried 1. Oh my god it was amazing. It was the pressed Alice. I highly recommend it. After the sample I ordered my own. So full of flavor.

Gaucho sandwich was really good when I had gotten a sample. I have been in 4 times. The 1st two times it was pretty good. The meat was a little cold for a hot sandwich, but it was good with a lot of meat. The last 2 times the sandwich was not good. It barely had any meat and it was mostly bread and banana peppers, this was very disappointing because this sandwich is $10.95 for the sandwich alone. I probably won’t be back as much as I liked the sandwich, it ended up being a big disappointment twice in a row. I posted pictures of what I actually got compared to the sample you get when they are trying to get your business.

The sandwich was good my problem is the sign says value meal $7.45 for 1 mini hoagie, 1 bag of chips, and 1 drink. That's what we ordered and we were charged $11.70 per meal. When we asked why we were charged so much we were told the value meal is just different somehow but they couldn't tell us how. Then another employee said it's only for certain sandwiches. If that's the case, put that on your sign. Your sign doesn't say only certain sandwiches are apart of the deal. I should also mention it has taken nearly 20 minutes for them to refund and correct the issue and we were told sorry we're all new and aren't in charge of the signage.

Ordered a BLT and added Swiss and it hit the spot. I dont usually care for lettuce but left the lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo on and it all blended into greatness. We have gotten food from here before so when I checked in to their app, I qualified for a free dessert. Bring on the banana pudding. Boy was it relish. The container was licked clean. Good to the last spoonful. Everything was great. Definitely coming here again! Definitely recommended.
