Literally the worst place ever. A doctor here literally told my wife she or her unborn child would die if she didn't take care of herself knowing full well that my wife is terrified of doctors. She literally said later that she "knew she was scared of doctors." It has ruined my wife's pregnancy. She has gone from being happy about having a child to completely stressed and worried she is going to die in the next few months. While yes we do need to care for my wife and make sure she is healthy the added stress and fear of death is not helping. DO NOT go to this clinic unless you like to be berated and scared into doing "the right thing." I also had a similar experience with different doctor where she berated me for not being healthy. She also then refused to refill my anti-depressants. She told me at a previous appointment that all I had to do was put in a medication refill request and she would refill it after it was transferred back to her from the psych guy. When I did so, she said I would have to come in because I missed an appointment (for my A1C/diabetes) before she refilled the prescription. I am now currently looking for a new doctor unmedicated because she refused to do what she said she would.

Very rude greeter/nurse. Second time I’ve been to this doctor. Dr Desai doesn’t do anything to help her patients. She wants bloodwork (done by someone else), read the bloodwork and if you have any issues, she refers you to another doctor. No matter what it is. She receives money for the visit and receives money for referrals without having to do anything. It’s disgusting. What happened to doctors actually caring about their patients? Instead, their entire focus is how much money they can bring in. Sad

Dr. Desai is wonderful. She is personable, caring, really listens, and is thorough. On my first visit, I felt like she really tried to get to know me and my medical history and needs. Her nurse, Heidi, was also very supportive. The front office staff was friendly and made me feel at home.

Dr. Desai is an amazing PCP, bright, warm and intelligent. She made me feel so comfortable with my visit and addressed all my concerns. Her office is very efficient: intake, labs and the visit were so quick! You can tell she really cares about her patients.
