First time ever at this facility arrived last night around 8:30 9 o’clock parked on the street got up checked in at 8 AM this morning. Shag driver was rude when I made a mistake on where I was going. Kind of smarty! All except for the lady in the security office, she was A+ very sweet lady and agreed that her other coworkers were not pleasurable to deal with. After checking in at 8 AM for an 830 appointment I am now just now getting unloaded at 11 AM. They unloaded a 10 AM appointment before my 830 appointment. Not very impressed with this place on how I was treated or ability to unload in a timely manner.

Showed up for my appointment a little early. They put me right in a door and got me out in 45 minutes. I really appreciate them respecting drivers time. Everyone I spoke to there was super nice.

Had a 1000 appointment. I arrived the day before the appointment and parked overnight at the end of the street by the delivery entrance. Next morning, I checked in at 0800 and they gave me a dock immediately. Unloading was rapid too, because at 0835, they were done. Can't beat that. Forklift unloader, Cattlyn is fast.

My delivery here was awesome even though I was two hours late. They took me right in and got me unloaded in 34 minutes…
