Please be aware of their low quality products and un professional staff. I recently visited them, selected a blue coloured glass plate and asked them to pack it together with few chocolates. The same day I gifted it to my parents and when they opened it all of a sudden the coated colour on the back of tray peeled off along with the tape. Next day I visited then again and requested them to replace it but they simply refused to do so. When I repeatedly asked them for their manager they took my number and told me that they are escalating my complain. Now it's been a week almost and they are not even answering my call.

Extremely bad service mr. Bilal. I asked him to show dry fruit boxes. But they are not interested to move from his seat and effort. Saying go another brand. Manager number can’t give.

Full marks to Bombay Choc n Nuts. Bit expensive but worth it. All brands of chocolates are available with beautiful corporate packing. Highly recommended
