Had a great massage with Matt and I highly recommend. It is a downtown location but parking and travel through old north was fine. He was a bit delayed but promptly called and to be fair there was a snow ‘event’ always rather people safe than poorly driving across town. The massage studio is lovely.

Every time I'm like "I need to write a review" it's after my massage but I end up having a nap with how relaxed I am! I am sitting my butt down and writing a review because I love it at Richmond Massage Therapy! I have been booking with Christie for about 7-8 months now and she made me feel extremely welcome since the start! She always makes me feel so comfortable, welcomed and happy! I never feel nervous to express my thoughts! The location has such a comforting and homey vibe and less clinical! They also book 1.5 hours, and when needed a 2 hour appointment when requested! It's amazing and I highly suggest booking an appointment! Thank you for everything Christie, you are amazing!

I had my first massage ever this past week due to a prolonged injury in my back. I saw Julia and she was amazing from the start, especially with someone who never had a massage before and was hesitant due to having sensitive skin. She understood right away what my issue was and did an amazing deep tissue massage. Will 100% be returning due to the exceptional service and how great a job she did.
