I've been to many spas and massage parlors in Newport News, and this is definitely my favorite. The massage and facial techniques are top-notch, leaving me feeling refreshed, and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!!!

My husband and I decided to try this location because we were interested in the facial. We purchased the 75-minute massage + facial Groupon. Even with the Groupon, it was still more expensive compared to other massage place we’ve been to. They don’t answer the phone but they are not very busy, I hear them talking outside during my massage. The massage was fine — about 45 minutes — but the facial was disappointing. It felt very basic: the provider lightly rubbed my face a few times, applied a couple of lotions, and then a mask - something my daughter does for me at home 😩. There was no real technique, massage, gua sha, or anything that felt like a professional facial. It honestly felt like a waste of time. When it came to tipping, I told the front desk I would put $20 on my card, and my husband was going to the car to get additional cash. The receptionist repeatedly asked, “$20 for two people?” even after I clarified multiple times. Both she and the male provider looked visibly disappointed. Both of them would speak in their language and would not acknowledge me in English. This made the checkout uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this location. There are other spas that provide a better experience and better value for the price.

ALWAYS a good time when I come here... I've had Shirley and Vicki, both are phenomenal at what they do. I've had both massages and a facial here, and their booking system is so convenient. Highly recommend if you're able to book!

It’s taken me about a month to write a review because I didn’t want to leave a bad review, but I feel it’s necessary to help others avoid sharing my experience. I almost stopped the session halfway through and left- in the moment that is really hard to actually do, but if I could rewind time, I’d leave after the first time I felt even slightly uncomfortable. I’m not sure where to begin… First, there was a huge language barrier which greatly impacted my session. I was unable to communicate with my massage therapist, and this set the tone for the entire visit. The only English word she spoke was “ok”. The response to “that’s too hard, it hurts” was “ok!” And she proceeded to continue to cause pain by completing deep pressure as if trying to iron any wrinkles in my soul. They did not review my preferences which were required on the online registration. They did not allow me to remain clothed to my comfort level (which is advertised on their website) and insisted that I lay on the table in my birthday suit. It was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. They repeatedly said “ok?” Throughout the session, in which I repeatedly firmly said, “no.” “I don’t like that” “that hurts” “that pressure is too hard”. They did not ask where I wanted to focus my massage. Overall, I had an awful experience. I will never go back.
