My husband and I went to Bob Howard Nissan for our second vehicle choice. We met Mr. William Adams who helped us view auto deals, understand which deal best fit our decided budget, showed us the vehicles we were interested in, helped crunch those numbers, and once we decided on the vehicle, we signed the paperwork and drove home with our beautiful new 2026 Nissan Murano (in Nov. 2025!!!) We are very pleased with Will’s assistance, not even one ounce of pressure yet 100% pleasure!! We are very fortunate to have made this important family decision. We’re even grateful for the Nissan employee, Will, who went over and above to help us drive away in our new vehicle!!
Absolutely love my new car! Our salesman, Kaden went above and beyond to get the car I wanted. He had the car brought from another dealership, came in on his day off and was so very kind. This was the best experience by far at a car dealership.
My dad bought a car and had to return it few days later because of the numerous issues the car had. The car had several issues - huge trasmission fluid leak, loud sounds coming from the engine, the fog lights seemed to have smoke and burning rubber smell coming from it plus some more technical issues. It was a 5 year old vehicle and looked great cosmetically. My dad took it to two mechanics for a second and third opinion because he really wanted to like the car. They both noticed signs of previous transmission/oil leak patchwork..and it was still leaking like crazy. When we took it back to the dealership the sales person tried to tell us this is normal with vehicles and all vehicles have issues and tried to assure us all these issues could be fixed. Why this dealership doesnt do basic checks/fixes before selling is beyond me. They're probably hoping issues wont show up till after the 30 day return window. Safe to say we lost confidence in this place and decided we didnt want to do business there. The also lied to my dad about the down payment check. My dad paid with a check and the next day decided he wanted to use a credit card instead (since that was one of the options). He called them and they told him the check had already been deposited. Two days later when he didnt see the transaction in his account, he called again to ask about the possibility the check might not have been deposited and if he could use his card instead. Once again the sales person seemed to check with the finance person and came back and said it had been deposited. When we finally returned the car and decided we didnt feel comfortable doing business there, the finance guy goes to his office and comes back with the same check my dad gave them. The same check my dad asked about multiple times. The same check they lied about and said had already been deposited. The irony of having big signs showing their core values of transparency and integrity all over the walls while they demonstrate the opposite was not lost on me.
Great experience, the one sales member who was still there despite this most recent storm's crazy weather, Robert Riojas (one cool dude), helped me get a replacement car, a 2019 Mazda MX-5 Miata GT to replace my totaled 2017 Chevrolet Impala. Great price for the mileage, year, and features, paid 20K for a rock solid ND2 Miata, and I can't wait to see what crazy stuff I can do in these zippy little things! Again big kudos to Robert Riojas for helping me despite this nutty storm, he even helped me get to the lot to pick up my car when it was snowing pretty hard out! Good people are definitely still out there 😄
