EDIT: Still five stars. Bob Howard Honda did me right, and I'm a very satisfied customer. Their Toyota dealership needs to take notes. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Five stars so far - After having two terrible experiences with Bob Howard Toyota lying about having a vehicle on the lot, I did not have high expectations for their Honda dealership. I confirmed a vehicle I was interested in was on the lot, and the sales person, Kristel, took photos to show it was actually there. IT WAS ACTUALLY THERE. Kind of a big deal. No bait and switch. I drove three hours to test drive, loved the vehicle, and traded mine in. No big surprises (except the guy who inspected my car said there was hail damage....one of the spots was absolutely bird poop.....). Kristel took care of all issues I had with the vehicle I bought, and we scheduled a service appointment for the following weekend to make some warranty repairs. So for now, this has been a five star experience. We'll see how the warranty repairs next weekend go. Please, Bob Howard....For once, give me an experience worth bragging about.

We purchased a brand-new 2025 Honda Civic from Bob Howard Honda and what should have been an exciting experience has turned into an ongoing nightmare. A few weeks after buying the car, I hit a pothole and got a flat. Like anyone would, I went to put on the spare—only to discover the car doesn’t even come with one. Instead of including a basic safety necessity like a spare tire, the dealership added a $250 charge for window tint and $500 for all-weather floor mats. Because there was no spare, I had to call Honda roadside assistance and wait two hours for a tow. They first sent my car to Battison Honda by mistake, even though the appointment was supposed to be at Bob Howard, causing even more delays. Bob Howard eventually replaced the tire, but at an outrageous price of $280. Just one week later, the same tire went flat again on my way to work. With no spare tire once more, I had to call in sick and arrange another tow. This time I rode along with the tow truck. When we arrived, I was told someone would come talk to me. After waiting hours, with only one other person left in the lobby, I asked what was happening and was informed I was “supposed to know” to go talk to someone else. While I was outside taking a breath and discussing the situation with my mother, a young employee named “Kaden” (according to a text I received) came out multiple times demanding that I “calm down” and that he would “pay for my tire himself.” 1. I had already stepped outside specifically to calm down. 2. It’s clearly not believable that a random salesman would personally pay for a tire. 3. While addressing me—an 18-year-old women—he used the F-word twice. This is Completely unprofessional. Finally, about 30 minutes later, he brought my car around, threw it in park, opened the door, and said “here.” Not only was this rude, but on my way home my tire pressure warning immediately came on again. They hadn’t cleaned the wheel properly from whatever grease they used and didn’t even reset the sensor. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating and unprofessional. Because Honda no longer includes spares, I now have no choice but to tow my car to Bob Howard or Battison Honda for every flat—on top of paying for a $300 spare myself after already being forced to buy $250 tint and $500 mats with the car. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership. Between the unnecessary add-ons, the lack of basic safety equipment, the expensive repairs, and the completely unprofessional treatment of customers, this has been one of the worst car-buying and service experiences I’ve ever had.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I had a great experience! Aaron was my salesman and he was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This was my first time visiting a dealership and purchasing a car by myself, but Aaron was respectful and answered all my questions. I really appreciate all his help and I just wanted to give a shoutout to a great employee!
