Fantastic service department. I worked with Seth and his team on a service of a rare car. They are fantastic. Everyone in the dealership is kind and helpful. It feels more like a family run business than a franchised Acura Store. It may look old on the outside but inside,, the place where it counts, You will find some of the most genuine people I have met in the car business.

The service advisor was great. He listened, made notes, and followed up. He completed everything. My expectation of the service area based on the website was a total disappointment. The coffee machine was broken, no complimentary drinks, vending machine didn’t work and absolutely no snacks. The area was small with a strange odor of old tires. Not a place to wait for service. Since I drove 45 minutes to get there I asked for a shuttle they do not offer this service even though their website says otherwise. Not what you would expect from a dealership of a high end car like Acura.
