I needed a new dishwasher to be installed. I called Bob's Plumbing Service and they responded right away. Very friendly conversation. I felt I was in good hands. The dishwasher was being delivered on the Saturday of this past Easter weekend and I was asked to call and confirm the appliance was delivered. I did as asked and I was contacted to informed that they would be coming on the Monday to install the dishwasher. I was contacted on Monday morning to establish a time frame of their arrival. Zach came to my home in the afternoon and promptly started to inspect the situation. I felt that I had invited a family member into my home. Zach was very informed and explained everything to me. I felt so confident that I had made the right decision to contact Bob's Plumbing Service. Happy to report that I have run the dishwasher on it's maiden voyage tonight and everything is perfect. I have a few more plumbing issues that WILL be handled by Bob's Plumbing Service. Very respectful company to deal with. I highly recommend them to anyone.
