I have been trying to get my HOA to inspect my roof since September of 2024. They refuse to do any service despite it being in their contract to maintain. I figured I would try to take matters into my own hands since I am seeing visible water damage inside my home, which is my financial responsibility, due to their negligence. I reached out to Illinois Roof Masters for an estimate in March and was told they would be out by the weekend. Due to some rain, I called again a few days later and was told again, by the end of the week. I never received a response afterward. I gave the benefit of the doubt and called again in April, but was given Rick’s cell phone number. He told me the inspection would be done by April 11. My husband was home the entire day and nobody came by. When I called the following day to inquire, I was told it was completed by drone and that I should have the report by that Monday. Well it is now nearing the end of April and despite my attempts to contact for the report, I have not received a response. I’m severely disappointed because this is becoming a larger health issue for myself and my child and I cannot seem to get any help. I wasted precious time when this company knew I was experiencing water damage. I don’t understand where the disconnect happened, but I won’t recommend this group to anyone.

Rick inspected my roof and determine I had hail damage that needed to be address before having water damage. Same day he had an estimate I was able to submit to my insurance to get it fixed. Great communication and professionalism, just got installed Wednesday, the roof looks great.

Hail damage - not terribly noticeable. I had one inspector come out and say "your deductible would not be worth it". I thought about it and decided to call IRM. Rick came out two days later - we walked through the place again and he pointed out lots of items. We contracted with them, my insurance adjusters completely agreed - IRM then handled the permits (worth the price on it's own) - and then their crew was here only 1 day for the garage and 1 day for the home. Complete clean-up - you wouldn't even know they were here. My wife and I were so impressed, we spotted each crew member a $20. Rick then reminded me of a discount we had discussed (and that was not figured into the price on our initial invoice) - which they honored. This is the kind of company I own and do business with - integrity and craft. Thank you IRM.

Good communication from IL Roofmasters and Rick Jumpa often checked that things were going right. They repaired my garage roof and reshingled with tear-off on house & garage, new garage siding and gutters. Quality workmanship. The crews worked steadily to get things done timely. Nice and courteous teams who talked with us about a job if necessary and were never aggravated if we asked questions. Crews made a great effort to clean up afterwards. Highly recommended.
