As a carrier, I expect some level of collaboration and understanding from brokers. BM2 Freight, particularly Carla, failed to deliver that. They filed a report on my company due to an error caused by a dispatch service I no longer work with, and Carla refuses to reconsider the report even after the issue was resolved. This broker seems to lack empathy and is quick to penalize carriers. I'd advise shippers and carriers alike to avoid working with BM2 Freight.

Worked with Vincent Grimes on a load for 06/27 and got a RC saying it’s for 06/26 which was fine but my eta had changed from 9:30AM to 06/27 to 12PM on 06/26 which gave us 4 hours to pick and deliver 6 miles away. I get a check call where we state driver will arrive at 12PM and then I get a call half an hour after saying no thanks it’s recovered? Learn better business practices, if you changed the pickup date to a day before and don’t like or accept my updated ETA then convey that before recovering it. Super unprofessional.
