Jordan HansenWe had ARS come out to our house over the weekend because of our sump pump not working and our crawl space flooding. They were responsive and had people out quickly for an after hours call, the workers were professional and answered all of our questions. They left the sump pump as well as a dehumidifier and we were able to get the crawl space completely drained. We unfortunately were one the the unlucky ones that insurance didn’t want to pay for any work that was done. Dan was our estimator who helped us and we really appreciated his professionalism and understanding during this super stressful time. He was able to work with us to get us a fair price since insurance wasn’t going to pay or help out. He was understanding even when we were stressed and maybe not being very nice ( sorry Dan). We will recommend ARS and make sure to tell everyone how they were able to work with us on everything. Thank you guys again!
