Very shady… Shawn Sprinkle especially is a shifty snake oil salesman that preys on his tenants. He Withheld my security deposit with no proof of any lease violation whatsoever. I was warned by prior tenants to not deal with him due to his neglectful and shameless nature but chose to give them a shot anyway. I honestly don’t know how this guy can sleep at night with the way he conducts himself and takes advantage of those who do not know any better. If you are thinking about renting from them hold off and wait for something better i promise you it is not worth the aggravation nor the money.
