I'm very pleased with the service I’ve received from Blueprint. Their employees are incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. They assisted me in resolving an issue in my unit promptly and with great care. As a retired person, having peace of mind is so important, and knowing that the building I live in is managed by such a reliable and attentive company is a huge relief. Every time I’ve reached out, they’ve responded quickly and made sure the matter was handled efficiently. It’s truly comforting to know that I’m in good hands. Disappointed in the lack of communication. Living in our previous condo with another property management company any question we had or concern would get an email or phone response in 24-48 hours. Even if it was to just say “I’m looking into this I’ll get back to you by tomorrow”. We assumed this was the normal process. After moving to a rental unit management by Blueprint we have been so disappointed with the lack of communication (as well as everyone we talk to in the building). Blueprint gets paid a monthly sum to be the property manager. But in turn anytime, someone has a question, concern, request they will not respond for months (if they ever do). Reading through the reviews, there are dozens of reviews over the years stating exactly the same thing, If it was just us and everyone in our building, I would think maybe it was just a one off issue that they are working on. But the fact that this has been brought to their attention numerous times year after year and they still provide the same local service just shows they do not care or make an effort as long as they were getting paid. Left a voicemail for our PM 31 days ago and 23 days ago voicing our concerns. After not getting a call back left one for the CEO Jeff Taylor 19 days ago voicing this concern before making the review. Glad our board is in the process of making the switch, just hope this review can help the next site that gets stuck with blueprint. In 4 months we have submitted to “condo control”. Emailed/called out PM 11 times (all documented). Our PM has her email “reads” on so it says she reads our email every single time and then just doesn’t reply.

Extremely frustrating experience with Blueprint Management. Communication is consistently poor emails, service requests, and phone calls are rarely answered or followed up on. The phone system doesn't connect you with the right person, and requests often go ignored. Condo applications are not processed properly, and site-related issues are neglected. Miss Reta, in particular, has not responded to multiple requests or made any effort to resolve ongoing problems at the property. Even after submitting important updates like banking information, they fail to act on time and then send legal notices with added legal fees, followed by unexplained charges on our account, even when the mistakes are clearly on their end. I honestly wish I could give them negative stars. I hope they take the growing number of negative reviews seriously and start fixing their broken systems and processes.

My experience with Blueprint Management Company has been frustrating and disappointing. I submitted a ticket and assigned it to Reta Yousif to request a simple update adding my phone number to the intercom system. Weeks have passed, and the issue is still unresolved. Because of this delay, I constantly have to rely on someone else at home to open the door for my visitors, which is completely avoidable. What makes matters worse is their poor communication. Phone calls go unanswered, and instead of speaking to someone, you receive an automated text directing you to submit a support ticket. There’s no way to contact a Front desk or directly reach the person handling your request. Emails are often ignored or responded to after long delays. It feels like no one in a senior position is overseeing operations or holding staff accountable. There seems to be no interest in following up on requests or ensuring customer satisfaction. Overall, the service is unprofessional, disorganized, and unresponsive. I wish i would give them zero rating.
