The most important of all, he’s innovative and suggests good ideas to improve the value and visibility of the property without breaking the budget. For example we painted our loft apartment white to make it look more industrial. He performs a thorough market research but provides insights into the correct way to interpret those numbers, out of his experience. This enables the seller to ask for the right price, for example, we were able to sell my condo for atleast 25% price more than what my previous realtor had suggested. He is honest but also brings optimism, his contacts help identify potential buyers, he is very approachable and available to help at any time of the day. For example, he made sure the cleaning, etc is taken care of even after I moved out of the town. His listing was spot on in aesthetics, and we could get the house sold just in time. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
