Absolutely the best of the best! Dr Masters is truly the most gentle dentist in the nation! He pulled a tooth and i promise…zero pain. He is kind, considerate, truthful, and top notch! His assistant Sarah is absolutely the best at every task she does! They go above and beyond to make sure you have and keep your teeth and mouth in optimal shape! I have been a patient for over 15 years! I truly hated going to the dentist before I went to them! I honestly do not mind going to them for any appointment! You are treated with respect and kindness as soon as you step through the door! The office is immaculate! They are worth every penny! I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful they all are ! I am blessed to have them in my life ! Thank you is not enough!

Dr.Masters and team have always been the kindest and most respectful Medical professionals I have ever seen. The work they do is 100% top notch as far as quality is concerned. I never dread going to the dentist with them because every visit can be guaranteed very comfortable and their work quality is excellent. Had a chipped tooth and just moved to KY from NY. They took me in same day, and Dr Craig was so kind and did a great job. He also took the time to explain and make me feel so comfortable while fixing my tooth. His staff was great as well. I highly recommend them! I will be using them for my dentistry needs going forward.

Update: They feign concern in their response to my review, then continue to treat me beyond poorly, actually arguing with me via text messages instead of scheduling me after nearly 6 months of what is becoming abusive behavior and following through with nothing. Beyond unprofessional! Definitely should've stuck with CK Dentistry, because Bluegrass Dental has caused me unsurmountable stress and wasted nearly 6 months of my time, and not even a cleaning completed! I really wanted it to work with this dentist, because he and his assistant were amazing. His office staff though, made the process unbearable, constantly trying to get appointments and answers, always being put off another couple months, and zero communication.
