I would definitely recommend working with Bluebird! Meredith did an amazing job helping us plan our wedding, and we couldn’t have had our dream Deer Valley wedding without her! We were nervous planning an out-of-town wedding (while in the middle of a big move and starting new jobs), but she made it an easy and relatively worry-free experience for us. She did a great job coordinating with our vendors and incorporating our ideas to give us our perfect day. We still get compliments every time we see our friends on how beautiful it was!

We worked with Bluebird to plan our wedding weekend in Park City in September 2022. Meredith, Ava, and the rest of the Bluebird team were very easy to work with during the year leading up to the wedding. They truly helped our entire vision for the weekend of events come to life...and it was even better than we imagined! Bluebird planned a beautiful western themed welcome party for our guests that was absolutely breathtaking - transforming an open field into a western event with teepee tents that blended into the landscape. Every detail was executed flawlessly, from the creation of our welcome bags, to the bandanas that our bartenders were wearing, all of our requests were incorporated and the event went off without a hitch! Meredith and her team were calm, cool and collected on our wedding day - which helped us stay relaxed as well! The communication between Bluebird and our wedding vendors was flawless, and the Bluebird team kept us running on schedule and made sure all our guests were taken care of at all times. We highly recommend working with Bluebird - especially for a Blue Sky wedding as they know the venue inside and out. We truly wish our wedding wasn't over so we could keep working with Bluebird!!

Bluebird DMC planned our wedding in July of 2018 and working with Meredith and her team was an absolute dream! From day 1, Meredith made us feel so comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Although we lived out of state, Meredith made sure we had weekly scheduled phone meetings to discuss all the details, plus she was always just a text or email away if anything pressing came up. Meredith's strong communication and organizational skills were so appreciated and made the execution of our day stress free and beyond perfect! Meredith also has connections with the best vendors in town from the band, to the cake, to the florist, we were able to get the best of the best. Our wedding was beyond beautiful and exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. Meredith's attention to detail and eye for design shows in her work. To this day, our friends and family say that we had the most gorgeous and fun wedding they've ever been to! That is a testament to Meredith and Bluebird DMC as a whole. Besides bringing our vision to life aesthetically, Meredith made sure that our guests had the best experience possible and all of the complicated logistics and flow of our wedding weekend ran smoothly. I wish we could do it all over again! Thank you Meredith and the entire Bluebird DMC team for planning the wedding of our dreams, we are forever grateful!
