Ashley has been doing my hair for about 5 years. She has given me so many different looks with minimal instruction and she always nails it. Half the time I don’t even know exactly what it is I’m looking for and somehow she gets it right. She’s a beyond talented, mind reading, stylist. I walk in feeling drab and walk out feeling renewed and like I got my groove back ✌🏼♥️ I HIGHLY recommend going to her for a cut and color. I’d pick one but honestly, she’s rocks at every service she offers!

I was 10 minutes late to my appointment (because things happen that are beyond your control) and I drove an hour to reach this place because of the high ratings. The hairstylist told me she needs a whole hour. Since my appointment was near closing time, I offered to come another time. She asked if I can come on Monday and I told her I can't because its my birthday but happy to come any other day in the week. She repeated the same question as if she didn't wanna acknowledge the fact that I may be telling the truth. So I repeated my answer. Another 10 minutes were spent on back and forth exchange and I decided to leave. My only request was to not put me as "no-show" appointment since I was gonna return. She changed her mind and decided to continue with appointment. I should have just walked out. Because then she began washing me hair with such vehemence, poking hard at my scalp and scratching my ears. I felt bad for her and myself for the situation we were in. The poor service continued through and at 1 point the brush fell on the dirty floor and she picked it up and used it again on my hair instead of replacing it. I was horrified! I have never seen such a thing happen in my 20 years of getting haircuts. At the end of this ordeal, I thanked her, tipped her 25% for staying 8 mins longer than the set appointment (yes, apparently she didn't need the whole hour to do my hair), and decided to never return. And the hairstyle, you ask? Below average.
