My experience with Cameron Judd, Personal Insurance Specialist at Blue Ridge, was not a good one. I initially contacted Cameron in February 2025. For about one to two weeks, we discussed how she could help me lower my homeowner’s insurance. At first, everything went well, Cameron was very responsive until she wasn’t. On February 19, 2025, I signed a new Blue Ridge policy. However, on February 27, 2025, I contacted Cameron to let her know I had decided to keep my existing policy instead. She told me she would email me the cancellation forms that same day, but she never did. Months went by. To my surprise, six months later I received a letter from Blue Ridge stating that I had an active policy. I was confused, as I never canceled my previous policy of 19 years. I contacted Cameron and asked why I was just now being notified about this policy when I had clearly expressed my intention to cancel. Cameron insisted she had emailed the cancellation forms on February 27, 2025. I told her I never received them. She continued to claim she had sent them, but after that day, I never heard from her again until just recently. Eventually, Cameron admitted it was due to “human error", that she couldn’t find the email with the cancellation forms. The truth is, she was not able to provide proof that she sent them and never followed up to confirm if I had received anything back in February. As a result of this lack of communication and follow-up, my mortgage company ended up paying both my original insurer and Blue Ridge ,within three months of each other. Because of this, a significant amount of money was paid out unnecessarily on overlapping homeowner’s insurance policies. Cameron offered no apology for her mistake and showed no empathy for the stress this situation caused. I will never use her services again, nor would I recommend her to anyone. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I was having hard time locating how to get into there business so I called. Man answered the phone and acted like I was waisting his time.A few minutes later some guy in shorts was at a door waving me in. I walked across parking lot and entered the door and he had disappeared. I was able to see the insurance company was on the next floor and found my way there . The subject that had waved me in was coming out of the restroom. I told him I'm sorry if I put him out ,obviously you don't have time for new customers. He went on to say I'm busy helping customers in the back and I told you we were on the second floor. He was rude and unprofessional . I went straight to another agency where they were polite and welcoming Maybe I wrong about the shorts I was so upset with his behavior,but he IS an employee of yours.He walked Inside and went back in the office area saying he had work to do .Ask your receptionist she was there and witnessed most of the incident... Apparently you haven't spoken to anyone in your office about this. Talk with your receptionist and she can give you his name
