Wow, only travel agency in my area. Went to the Stony Brook location and had Danielle help me, so I thought, she was extremely friendly and helpful that day. Sent me home with information about the trip I was interested in along with email with videos of the resorts to show my husband. After reviewing the resorts my husband and I decided neither was for us. I emailed Danielle back the next day to let her know our thoughts and asked her to look into a different resort, also left a message on her phone line at the office. Next day, didn’t hear from her, so I left another message with a coworker of hers. Again, no response back either by phone call or email. I understand people get busy, but really, she couldn’t leave me a quick message stating that? Extremely disappointed with the customer service of Blue Ribbon travel in Stony Brook. I will not be back, nor recommend them to anyone I know.
