Thoughtful services - I ordered my usually milk oolong because this place has THE BEST one with heavenly fragrance. This time I added London fog latte to try. In my order, they kindly gifted a sample called vanilla dream cream. This is such a thought gesture because the staff inferred what type of flavor I would like and they introduced me to a great option. They could throw in any sample or none at all but they went above and beyond with a curated selection. This is exceptional service.

Definately my fave matcha latte in town. Waiting for the hojicha to be back in stock. Only wish is not to have fresh stamps on the cups :(

So many great choices at this shop in downtown Collingwood. Service was amazing! Selections... so many to choose from! Recommendations dead on for what I was looking for my friend and myself. I will definitely return for more!
