I called for a ride that was 2 hours away. They accepted the ride and said it would be 20 minutes. An hour later I called and they said the girl decided not to take the ride but they can send someone else. They never called to tell me it was canceled then proceeded to tell me the next guy would take the ride although would take another 20 minutes. In that time I called another company and they were to me in 5 minutes. Your company called 2 hours later to say they were outside. Too bad cause I would’ve given a great tip but looks like the other guy made out with $200. Long story short, Bluebird sucks.

Disgusting behavior exhibited by driver with road rage yesterday. I’m glad no one was in his vehicle as he went into oncoming traffic lanes just to cut around a driver. Also hanging out his window flipping people off and laughing at them. Will never use this service and advising others not to either.
