Brought my 5 year old here for her very first haircut and Maria was amazing! She made my daughter feel very grown-up while still providing very child-appropriate service (e.g. explaining the process, stacking cushions so her head would reach the hair washing basin). Could not have asked for a better experience.

Niana was amazing! I struggle to find a good hairstylist and get the haircut I want 80% of the time. Niana took the time to listen, explain, and clarify any questions I had during the consultation. Very professional and good at her craft. Already booked my next appointment.

I do NOT recommend the salon for dye treatment. My hair is ruined and I have scalp burn (whole thing is covered in painful scabs after the fact) I went in requesting an auburn (red/brown) coloring, I have strawberry blond hair naturally so it shouldn’t have been a crazy transition. I stated my work does not allow anything unnatural so it needs to meet that requirement. My hairdresser insisted I had to bleach my hair before putting the red in. I thought this was odd because I’ve never needed that before at previous salons. The bleaching went well though! Things were looking up. Round one of dye: my hair came out fire truck red. Hairstylist says she will try and fix. Round two of dye: my hair turns violet. At this point I’m in tears at how it looks, my scalps is on fire, and I ask to just pay and leave. Hairdresser insists one more try. I say please DO NOT MAKE IT DARKER. Round three: my hair turns comes out black/red (darker and not at all natural looking) At this point I have been there 6 hours. My hairdresser has been very kind and is clearly upset by me being unhappy. She was truly a lovely women. That does not change the fact that my hair is ruined AND I had to pay 300 dollars for a botched job. My work does not allow unnatural colors, so now I have to find somewhere to fix this after everything for both my mental health and my work. I ended up insisting on leaving at that point, hair still wet, un-styled, and miserable. Honestly it was a shocking experience given all the positive reviews I saw when picking this salon.

I’ve been coming to this salon for almost three years and overall have had great experiences. The stylists listen and can sometimes read your mind (well, at least mine 😂). I love when they can just do their thing and handle your hair with confidence. They will take good care of you! Here are pics of my hair done all nice by Sharon! She made my dull, dry hair come back to life with a beautiful treatment, cut, and style. 😁 Thanks, Blue Bell Salon Team!
