Can't comment too much as they only came out once so far. They did notify me 24-48 hours ahead of time just like they said they would. He explained everything he was going to do and the entire process for the year. He seemed very knowledgeable and detail oriented. I'm hoping this is an indication of the quality treatment I'll receive throughout the year. I'll update with pics at a later date.

Mr. Green (Dane) came and mowed my lawn at a promotional rate of $20 and said that after the initial mowing he would know how much he would charge after that, he speculated that it would be between $25 and $30. After seeing my yard and said that it would cost $40 to mow the yard. I agreed to the price and wanted to set it up for him to come every 3 weeks. He showed up after 12 days and wanted to mow my lawn for the new price of $50 because he said that my grass had grown a lot, it hasn't grown any higher than when he first mowed. He said that he has a conversation with all of his clients about if the grass is too high, he will have to charge more. He never had that conversation with me until he showed up to mow the second time and decided that the grass was too high to cut at the agreed upon price. So, while he did do a decent job on my lawn he is inconsistent when it comes to pricing. Also, I have a tenant staying at my place whom he took upon himself to talk too about mowing the lawn, which was not only unprofessional, but inappropriate
