I walked in asked some questions to the secretary she supper nice she gave me an appointment that day l guess there a cancelation. Just gave her my papers from the doctor and register, then seen the physio for assessment spend half hour gave me instructions what to do for my back issue after that made a schedule to come back this is my 7th time seeing the physio assistant which Corel l work with feeling much better have work ,everyday what my assignment requires it help a great deal

Daughter attended physio while waiting for MRI results. Physiotherapist told her, based on twisting her leg a couple of times, that she didn’t have an ACL or meniscus injury, treated her for a few weeks for a dislocated kneecap, then encouraged her to go back to competitive gymnastics. A couple of days before she was set to return to gymnastics, the MRI came back with a full ACL and meniscus tear — the surgeon later told us she would’ve done irreparable damage had she gone back to gymnastics. Grossly negligent and this clinic is lucky she didn’t get more severely injured or we would be threatening legal action.
